Talent Coaching:
TalentTrainers provides broadcasters with individualized coaching advice. We don't like the idea of "cloning" reporters and anchors. We work with newscasters on all sorts of delivery issues plus packaging techniques, writing, interviewing, and reporting skills.

Customized Workshops:
This is a great way for more staff to receive training. The workshops focus on problem areas facing a newsroom staff - improving live shots, adlibbing, interactions, interviewing skills, stand-ups, writing, and packaging techniques.

Newscast Critiques:
We provide station management with monthly newscast critiques. This gives the management team an independent eye on their product. We focus on content, graphics, writing, producing, newsgathering and the talent's performance.

Make-up, Hair and Clothing:
Our three make-up artists have more than sixty years of combined experience. Karen Weast, Carolynn Bradley-Weast, and Chris Weast work with clients to achieve a more "natural" look on camera. Their client list includes major film stars and top network news talent.

Individual Critiques:
Wondering why you haven't gotten any job nibbles? This service helps individual broadcasters put together a more effective resume tape.

Media Training:
Appearing in the media can be a frightening experience for many people. Yet, it doesn't have to be that way. At TalentTrainers, we work with executives to make a media experience more comfortable and effective. TalentTrainers offers small workshops and individual sessions. We also help people develop better public speaking skills.
